I was a tad busy yesterday and forgot to post this entry.
Looking back at the first year of her life....
Unlike her brothers (she have two of them) she's different yet more impish. Being the sole girl, she's extremely active and extremely tiring to manage. Her brothers are more well behaved in their time.
Her favorite activity is climbing the playpen both ways (from inside to outside and vice-versa) and being only a year old she has to be monitored closely.
As any normal baby, she is interested in anything new, however she has an extremely short span of interest in those items. It's quite difficult to please her when she's being cranky. Once bored, she will just throw away the item in hand.
In terms of other developments, she does not talk properly yet, only gibberish blabber... nor does she springs any tooth. She can now stand up on her own albeit briefly and likes to be mobile while attempting to grab anything that she can get her tiny hands on. Her favorite target: Astro Byond remote. She seems not to be interested in the old Astro remote. Maybe it's because we never allowed her to 'play with the Byond's remote (reasons being as I was told that we cannot get a replacement unit).
During playtime, if I playfully 'scold' her for her impish pranks, she will immediately perform the 'Shrek's Puss-in-boots mode' (as my wife and son calls it), while looking at me as if begging for forgiveness...
