Thoughts during TV show

Just been catching up on TV as I've been missing regular episodes.

The Supernatural on Beyond HD channel is currently running season 5.

While watching the story this week, it introduces the character 'Gabriel', supposedly a human reincarnation of the archangel Gabriel telling the Winchester brothers (Sam and Dean) on their life mirroring the Lucifer and Michael. Gabriel is supposed obtain the brothers agreement to be the vessel for the upcoming reincarnation of the biblical heavenly brothers Michael and Lucifer so as to allow the end of the world.

Season 5 as I understand from the various hit and miss of watching the shows is based on the rising of the horsemen of the apocalypse. The 4 Horsemen of Apocalypse, if I'm not mistaken was told in the New Testament, Book of Revelation.

Now this storyline fictionalizes and creates storyline based on the Christianity Biblical faith. If this storyline was based (or even having characters named) after the Quranic faith, I'm very sure that there would have been a revolt, at least in this country where the Malays are more 'Muslimer' then other Muslims.

Dozens of police reports will be placed, NGOs such as Perkasa will be very vocal about this and what nought.

What if Gabriel in the movie was translated to Jibrail if there were subtitles?

Would Astro get penalized?



Now I'm watching catch up episodes of Heroes on FX HD... another twisted story
