I have been monitoring recent hoohaa on the announcement from @selop on the new nokia-microsoft partnership.
Being a Symbian^3 power user myself, this announcemel be phased out from Nokia's lineup and 'demoted' to a franchisee platform.
Only during the MWC, it was announced that Symbian devices will continue receiving updates, with the ongoing PR1.1 releases and the upcoming PR2.0 and 3.0 this year.
Personally, I'm quite eager-ishly waiting for PR3.0 due in the second half of this year, with the promise oid a new UI for S^3 devices.
Insofar, my pre-order S^3 N8 is already on PR1.1 with loads of apps that pushes the device nearing capacity at any one time.
Blogging from the N8 with swype and pixelpipe makes blogspot blogging simple.
The S^3 client for wordpress is really an excellent app but due to my general dislike on wordpress.com usability, I've abandoned the blog on wordpress with almost the same name, albeit hidden.
