Applications in Mobile Phones

I'm using the Nokia E71. Some people have fancier and more expensive phones but mostly only uses the phone for calls and texting and photos. Some even when to an additional extent to use the calendaring functions for reminders and what nought.

For me, I used the E71 a little bit more then most people.

I use the following apps:
  • Garmin MobileXT with April 2010 Malaysia map (anyone wants the map, feel free to ask me)
  • Emoze push email catering for 4 mail accounts. (2 Gmails, 1 Yahoo and 1 OAS email) and Google Calendar sync
  • Gravity for Twitter and Blog reading and quick Facebook updates.
  • S60 Facebook client
  • SBSH Calendar for Calendaring - integrated with Google Calendar via emoze
  • Handy Shell for shell replacement
  • Snaptu for Facebook and Blogger picture uploads (now Ovi already has an image upload add-in for FB)
  • Google Maps for searches of location not available in Garmin Maps
  • Google Mobile for various Google services
  • Calcium for calculator
  • Opera Mini for web browsing
  • X-plore for File Manager
  • GreenCharging for battery care while charging
  • Advanced Call Manager for call management
  • QuickOffice for Word, Excel and Powerpoint needs.
  • A few games to pass time by.
And I'm subscribed to Celcom's Biz Package P148 with unlimited Data.

Next phone? I'm considering either the upcoming N8 or the N98 which is yet to be released.
