I'm currently at the lobby of the KL Court Complex.
I'm appearing on my personal capacity as a Witness on an ongoing Civil suit between two parties.
Just now DS Anwar Ibrahim arrived with his wife for his ongoing case of what not...
There are several of his supporters present awaiting for DSAI to arrive. I saw several Pakciks and Makciks' also sitting in front of the entrance. When he arrived, these Pakciks and Makciks with their jubilant faces smiled happily and waved at DSAI and his wife.
I was wondering what makes these people tick, getting up early and making a beeline to this place. Jam was terrible this morning coz I've spent over 40 minutes just queuing to pass the Jalan Duta toll.
There I go, ranting off tangent... Anyway, these Pakciks and Makciks smiling away. appearing to be satisfied after being able to catch a glimpse of DSAI alighting from his car and walking to the lift for his trials
A very loyal bunch of supporters they are.
DSAI hair, from my perspective had grown much thinner since my last meeting with him (back then when he was just released from prison at a Raya open house). He still sparks the aura of charisma that I've noticed since the first time I've met him, back then it was at PWTC during GE when he was the DPM of this country. I then had a standby duty at the top most floor (UMNO HQ) to provide support for the official GE results system for that GE
Perhaps it is this Aura that makes him have scores of loyal supporter at the Court comples this morning.
Nevertheless, I wish him good luck on his Trials, guilty or not, it is up to the courts to decide. We Malaysian may form our own opinions and it will still be our own opinion and will and can never change the outcome of his Trials.
Win or lose, we will still continue with our daily lives, although the decision of the courts may well impact the future political climate of this country.
And me? I'm still waiting to be called into the courtroom for whatever that is in store for me.
