Chicken with soy sauce

Recipe is for use during lazy times like this morning's sahur... Hehe

You can also replace the chicken with Fish. Best fish to use is Tenggiri slices or Black Pomfret cut to cutlet size and fried to the same 3/4 cooked.

I also forgot to include in the steps that the chicken should be 'lightly coated' with tumeric powder and salt, prior to frying.
