New twist?

After firebombing churches, sikh temple is now the next target. Sikhs has been using the word Allah too.

I myself have attended a sikh's wedding in a temple. Both the guys and girls need to cover their heads when entering the temple.

During the wedding, they were three priest taking turns reading aloud something from a big book (must be their holy book) while waving a special 'wand/stick' around.

After more then an hour of listening, suddenly the congregation stood up in unison and started to bow. After this gesture, they sat down and the ceremony continues.

The reading continues for a while more until the bridge and groom enters the temple. Special rites were then performed, solemnizing the couple in holy matrimony.

The event ended and the congregation and us guests were ushered into a hall for meals. The food was rice, dhall and some vegetarian dish. Delicious indeed.

During the session with the reading of their Holy Book, I could have sweared I heard the word Allah mentioned many times. Due to not understanding the language, which I believe was Urdu, I just sat there and observed.

Focusing back to the current issues.
It seems the Malay supremacy has also now 'evolved' into 'Malay-Muslim supremacy'. You cannot question this as it is written in the Malaysian Constitution.

Typical of the Malays, only reading a part of the Constitution. What about the other parts? Is it also applied in equality?

Even in our Al-Quran, verses are organized by the 'stories' they tell. But those 'ayats' were revealed in parts and pieces, for 22 years. Even in the Al-Quran, which is the word of God (well since it's in English, if Arabic it's Allah, if Malay it's Tuhan) the verses are not 'tafsir'-ed in isolation and interpreted in context, what more of the Constitution, which is written by man and put into practice by Politicians.

The Constitution itself have been amended many a time before, to suit whatever intent and purposes of the Political masters at that time. But not Al-Quran.

So, what's next?
